The Nèijīng Tú (內经图), or Chart of the Inner Landscape_

INTERNAL ALCHEMY: FOUNDATIONS PART-1

Module 1 - start March 21st: The 3 Treasures in your Inner Landscape + activating Yi

Discover the non-physical realm beyond the five senses, known as your ‘Inner Landscape,’ where three treasures await. After introducing these treasures, including a ‘lost treasure’ often overlooked in self-development, we learn to connect with these treasures and activate ‘Yi’—a peaceful state where all treasures unite. Yi, the ‘pencil of inner practice’ in Internal Alchemy, offers a potent antidote to stress and a superior alternative to mere concentration or willpower.

In Internal Alchemy, Yi was considered the ‘pencil of inner practice’ and key to the Inner Landscape. Applied in daily life, Yi is also a powerful answer to stress and a superior alternative to concentration, focus, willpower, and effort.

Module 2 - starts April 25th: Seven Inner Skills & Inner Smile Techniques

On April 25th, Reinoud leads the first lesson, laying the foundation for seven essential inner skills for effective Internal Alchemy. Sann then takes over, delving deeper into these skills through ‘Inner Smile’ meditations and Qigong exercises, enhancing your practice and internal journey.

Module 3 - starts May 30: Character ‘Wang’ + Blue Bowl Exercises

Internal Alchemy, consciousness development and spirituality are an empty shell without the cultivation & transformation of sexual energy, which Reinoud likes to refer to as ’Sexual Kung Fu'. This message is part of the hidden meaning of the Chinese character Wang - a meaning that you, in this 3rd module, will both learn to understand and experience. Part of this process will be connecting with the pelvic floor and its associated Inner Landscape symbol, the ‘Blue Bowl’ and its ’Three Gates’.

Module 4 - starts June 27: Sexual Kung Fu: the Way of the Nun/Monk

In this 4th module, we delve deep into the why, how and what of the Internal Practice of Sexual Kung Fu, shedding more light on at least two important reasons:

  • Sexual safety: Sexuality is a primal force that can dethrone even the most advanced teacher. Gaining control over this force requires learning to steer your sexual energy (without suppressing it!) rather than letting it control you.

  • Vitality: Sexual energy can be transformed into a new life force. In this regard, sexual energy is the key to more vitality. This vitality is necessary for healthy and sustainable growth and development of consciousness.

Regarding the how and the what, we will teach the ‘First Path of Sexual Kung Fu: the Way of the Nun/Monk’. This ancient practice was developed by monks and nuns who wished to harness the power of sexual energy without any form of sexual arousal. To be very clear, the associated meditation techniques are 100% decent and appropriate for practice in a group.

Meet our team - united by a passion for holistic wellness and timeless wisdom. With diverse expertise and a shared commitment to cultivating well-being, we embody a culture of authenticity, empathy, and spiritual growth.

Dragon Gate Tao Training

Nei Dan, also known as Internal Alchemy or Jindan (which translates to “golden elixir”), is an ancient practice involving a combination of esoteric teachings and various physical, mental, and spiritual exercises. Practitioners aim to extend their lifespan and cultivate a spiritual body that is believed to persist beyond death. This practice is deeply rooted in Chinese philosophy and integrates elements from several disciplines:

  • External Alchemy (Waidan): Theories from the traditional practice of alchemy are adapted for internal use.

  • Correlative Cosmology: This includes the concept of the Five Phases, which are wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. Each is associated with different aspects of nature and existence.

  • Yijing Emblems: The practice incorporates symbolism from the ancient Chinese divination text, the “Book of Changes.”

  • Medical Theory: Traditional Chinese medicine principles are applied to enhance the practitioner’s health.

The core of Nei Dan practice involves cultivating the “Three Treasures”:

  1. Jing (Essence): The basic material of the body, which can be refined into Qi.

  2. Qi (Breath or Vital Energy): The active principle that forms part of any living entity and can be transformed into Shen.

  3. Shen (Spirit): The spiritual power that can be nurtured to achieve immortality.

In Nei Dan, the human body is metaphorically viewed as a cauldron where these treasures are refined and balanced to improve well-being and pursue spiritual enlightenment. The ultimate goal is to return to the primordial state of unity with the universe, signifying an attainment of immortality.

The Xiuzhen Tu, often called a cultivation map, is believed to guide practitioners through this transformative journey. Nei Dan remains a significant aspect of Chinese culture, influencing various schools of thought.
